Electrical, Steam, and Thermal Oil Heaters
Heating of detergent lubricating oils and fuel oils prior to being cleaned in the high speed centrifugal separators. Also used in the fuel oil treatment (booster) system to heat the fuel prior to injection into the diesel engine.
Without proper training, potential problems may include:
- Too slow in reaching set temperature
- Temperature oscillating
- Heater elements fouling
- Regular manual cleaning required
Lubricating Oil Separators
The LOPX separation system is specially designed for cleaning lubricating oil for diesel engines. Cleaning of lubricating oil with centrifugal separators reduces the content of harmful contaminants. The lifetime of the oil is prolonged and the need for oil change is virtually eliminated.
